- Governing and policy-making responsibilities of Liberty Fellowship shall be vested in a Board of Directors whose members owe the highest fiduciary responsibility to Liberty Fellowship.
- Liberty Fellowship retains editorial control of its brand use, all its publications, events and content at seminars. It has the final say over what is presented, what gets published, what topics are covered and who speaks at any Liberty Fellowship convening.
- As a fellowship within the Aspen Global Leadership Network, Liberty Fellowship maintains a strong relationship with the Aspen Institute and AGLN and uses only Aspen-certified moderators at its seminars.
- Liberty Fellowship seeks to maintain a diversity of funding sources to retain its independence and avoid the potential for any funder to compromise the integrity of the Board of Directors, the class selection process, the content or the discourse at Liberty Fellowship events.
- Wholesale or broad-based solicitation for support, financial or otherwise, by Liberty Fellows among Liberty Fellows is prohibited. Targeted, specific solicitation based upon prior relationship is permitted.
